White Bean Puree

Ingredients

2 cups cooked and drained Great Northern beans
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
1 tablespoon roasted mashed garlic
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried sage

Directions:

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Stop the machine and scrape the sides of the container with a rubber spatula, if necessary, to make sure all the ingredients are processed.

2. Serve as a dip or spread, or as a salad over a bed of fresh greens.
