Sedona Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

Ingredients

2/3 cup toasted walnuts or pine nuts
1/3 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained
3 tablespoons chopped jarred roasted red peppers, drained
2 green onions, diced
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons water
1/3 cup vegetable or olive oil

Directions:

Blend all but oil in food processor. Slowly add oil.
