Cut a thin slice off stem end of tomatoes; save tops. Hollow tomatoes using small melon baller or coffee spoon. Fill tomatoes with cheese; top with slice of pepperoni. Cover with reserved tomato top; secure with toothpick. Place on baking sheet. Broil 6 inches from heat source for about 3 minutes or till cheese is melted. Remove toothpicks before serving. Drain on paper towels. Best served warm.
