1 (15-ounce) can black-eyed peas, rinsed
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed
1 (15-ounce) can shoe peg corn, drained
1 (10-ounce) can mild Ro-Tel tomatoes, not drained
2 green onions, chopped
2/3 cup Italian dressing


Mix all together and put in refrigerator overnight, stirring twice. Serve with Fritos Scoops.
