Squeeze excess moisture from spinach. Combine it with cheese, then mayonnaise, garlic, and artichokes in a bowl, mixing well after each addition. Place in ungreased baking dish and press lightly. Bake at 325° in a preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Sprinkle with chopped green onion. Serve warm with crackers.
