Easy Spicy Corn Dip


Serves: 5

Yield: 4 - 5 cups

Ingredients

2 cups frozen corn, thawed, well drained
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped pickled jalapeño pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Blend all ingredients except chili powder. Spread into pie plate or 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with chili powder. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with crackers or scoops.
