Drain and rinse cooked pasta with cold water, and drain thoroughly. Heat oil to 375°. Fry about 1 cup well-drained pasta at a time in oil about 2 minutes, stirring to separate, until crisp and light golden brown; drain on paper towels. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add pasta and toss until evenly coated. Store tightly covered up to 2 weeks.
