Slice off top of sourdough loaf; set aside. Hollow out loaf to 1 inch of edges reserving bread cubes to toast for serving with dip. Mix cream cheese and remaining ingredients till smooth. Fill bread bowl with dip mixture; replace top; wrap in foil. Bake at 350° for 30–40 minutes. Serve with toasted bread cubes or crackers.
