Easy Breezy Veggie Dip

Serves: 5

Yield: 3 cups


2 cups sour cream
1 package dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 tomato, peeled, chunked
1 avocado, peeled, chunked


Blend or process all till well mixed. Serve with Frito Scoops, tostadas, or veggies.

Fun Fact: Make your own wavy dippers. Cut won ton skins into wedges and place on Pam-sprayed, slightly crumpled foil on a baking sheet. Spray won tons with additional Pam. Bake at 400° about 5 minutes.
