In a large bowl, combine 2 cups cheese, beans, tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20–25 minutes or until edges are bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips, scoops, or vegetables.
