1/2 pound fresh portobello mushrooms, cut bite-size
1/2 pound beef sirloin steak, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
1 cup frozen pearl onion, thawed
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette, divided
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes

Marinate mushrooms, beef, onions, and 1/2 cup vinaigrette in large bowl for 10 minutes; toss to coat; drain. Put all in grill basket and place 4–6 inches from medium-high heat about 8 minutes, shaking twice, till vegetables are tender and beef done like you like it. Spoon mixture into serving dish; stir in tomatoes and remaining 2 tablespoons vinaigrette. Serve with toothpicks.
