Mom’s Red Flannel Hash

Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) can corned beef, coarsely chopped
2 cups beets, peeled, cooked and chopped
2 cups potatoes, peeled, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions:

Toss all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
