Agave Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 cup agave
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions:

Sauté onion and garlic in oil until softened. Add remaining ingredients and bring mixture to boil reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

Serving Suggestions

Marinate beef, chicken or pork in sauce. Brush on meat during barbecuing or broiling.
