Parmesan Chicken


Serves: 4

Ingredients

1 pound chicken tenders
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
4 tablespoons margarine - melted

Directions:

Heat oven to 425°. Mix parmesan cheese, salt, and lemon pepper. Dip chicken tenders in melted butter and then coat with cheese mixture. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes then turn over and bake additional 10 minutes. Remove and let cool for a few minutes then serve and enjoy!
