Homemade Flour Tortillas

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable shortening
3/4 cup water hot

Directions:

Cut shortening into flour and salt, then add hot water. Divide dough into balls (about the size of a ping pong ball) and roll out on a well floured surface, turning shell continously. Cook in an ungreased frying pan on medium heat until it bubbles up. Flip over and repeat.
