Grilled Lamb and Mint Sauce


Serves: 6

Ingredients

Blessing:
oregano
basil
olive oil
garlic-minced
parsley
rosemary
salt and pepper
dill weed
Sauce:
8 ounces mint-flavored apple jelly
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
3 leaves fresh mint

Directions:

Chop the fresh herbs coarsely and add enough olive oil to cover your meat.
Take a rack of lamb and trim into individual chops.
Marinate overnight in the blessing and grill.

In saucepan slowly heat jelly until soft add sugar and vinegar.
Chop mint combine and serve.
