Basil/Garlic Butter

Ingredients

1 pound butter or margarine
4 cloves garlic, finely diced or pressed
4 fresh basil leaves, finely diced

Directions:

Mix and label as above. Great on bread or as a dressing for pasta. Make this only with fresh basil. The freeze dried store bought variety has all the taste of finely diced green cardboard!
