Fish Taco Seasoning


Serves: 20

Ingredients

1/4 cup kosher salt
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flake
1 tablespoon cilantro
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:

In a zip-lock bag, combine all ingredients and shake to mix well. Makes enough for 5 pounds of fish.

TO USE: add 1/4 cup warm water and 2 Tbs. oil per pound of fish and 1/4 of seasoning. Marinate fish 10 to 15 minutes then fry in a Dutch oven until fish is opaque.
