Townhouse Date Bread

Ingredients

1 (17-ounce) package bread mix date bread mix
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon ginger ground
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon butter or margarine, softened

Directions:

Heat oven to 350° F. In large mixing bowl, combine date bread mix, oats, 1/2 cup orange juice, water, egg, and ginger stir just until ingredients are moistened. Turn batter into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 -inch loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until done. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan to rack cool. Combine confectioners' sugar, 2 tablespoons orange juice, and butter or margarine until smooth drizzle over loaf.
