Sesame Seed Dressing

Ingredients

1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 garlic large, crushed and minced
1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Directions:

In a small skillet over medium-high heat, brown sesame seeds for 3 to 4 minutes. Cool. In a small bowl, combine cooled sesame seed and remaining ingredients with a wire whisk, beating until uniform. Cover and set aside at least 30 minutes to develop flavor.
