Double Chocolate Chess Pie

Ingredients

1/3 cup butter or margarine
2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate
1 cup sugar
3 eggs lightly beaten
1/4 cup cream de cacao
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 frozen pie crust baked 9-inch
Vanilla ice cream or sweetened whipped cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium saucepan over low heat melt butter or margarine and chocolate. Remove from heat. Blend in sugar, eggs, liqueur, flour, vanilla and salt. Beat until smooth. Pour into the pie shell. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
