Ravioli Casserole

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 onion medium chopped
1 clove garlic finely chopped
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 (10-ounce) package spinach chopped
1 (1-pound) can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms with mushrooms
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (7-ounce) package pasta shell cooked
1 cup American cheese sharp, shredded
1/2 cup bread crumbs soft
2 eggs well-beaten
1/4 cup salad oil

Directions:

Brown beef, onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons salad oil.

Cook spinach per package directions. Drain and reserve the liquid. Add enough water to liquid to make one cup. Combine the spinach liquid, the spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, tomato paste and salt, then stirinto meat mixture.

Combine the spinach with macaroni, cheese, bread crumbs, eggs and 1/4 cup salad oil. Spread the spinach mixture in a 13" by 9" by 2" baking dish. Top with meat mixture.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until very hot. Let stand five to ten minutes before serving.
