Raspberry Butter


Serves: 5

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter softened
1/2 cup raspberry preserves
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

At least 10 minutes or up to 2 days before serving: In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat butter until fluffy. At low speed, beat in preserves, powdered sugar and vanilla until blended. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. Bring to room temperature before serving.

Serve with Basic Waffles biscuits, toast or rolls.
