Nut Snack Mix


Serves: 4
Total Calories: 550

Ingredients

1 cup sunflower seed
1/2 cup shelled pumpkin seed
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 cup soybean roasted
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 to 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce or to taste
dash hot sauce

Directions:

Heat oven to 325°. Place seeds, beans, and nuts in jelly roll pan. Coat well with oil. Place in oven and bake until browned, about 45 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with garlic and onion powders, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and a dash of Tabasco®. Return to oven for 5 to 7 minutes. Cool and serve for party snack or afternoon snack.

Note: This mixture is an excellent topping for vegetables and salads.
