Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut unsalted (roasted or dry roasted)

Directions:

1. Place peanuts in an electric blender container. Cover container. Turn blender on for a few seconds. Turn blender off and push the peanuts down onto the blades and scrape the jar with a rubber spatula. Do this over and over until peanuts are like peanut butter.

2. Scrape peanut butter out of blender container and place in a small bowl. Stir before serving.

3. Store any leftover peanut butter in a covered container in the refrigerator.

Note: Peanut butter can be made with a food processor, too. Turn food processor on for about 3 minutes. Turn food processor off. Scrape sides. For a smoother peanut butter, turn food processor on for 1 more minute.
