Devil's Food Drop Cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate melted and cooled
3/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup nuts chopped

3/4 cup margarine
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
2 teaspoons instant coffee
dash salt
3 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:

Heat oven to 350° F. Cream margarine and sugar add egg and chocolate. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Add flour, salt, and baking soda blend well. Stir in nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies are set and no imprint is left when touched cool. Cover with the following frosting.

Mocha Frosting:
*Melt margarine blend in cocoa, instant coffee, salt, and 1 cup confectioners' sugar, beating until smooth. Add milk and vanilla mix in remaining 2 cups confectioners' sugar. Frosting will be very smooth and creamy.
