Creamed Tuna On Crackers

1/4 cup butter or margarine
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (6 1/2-ounce) can tuna drained and flaked


Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and salt. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Gently stir in tuna heat through. Serve over saltine crackers or toast.
