Chocolate Chip Breakfast Drink

Ingredients

1 cup milk
3 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips (not heaping)
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Place milk, chocolate chips, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a 2-cup glass measuring cup.

2. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% power (700 watts) for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave at 100% power for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave at 100% power 1/2 to 1 minute longer or until chocolate is melted. DO NOT BOIL. Total cooking time is 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Remove from microwave oven.

3. Beat with a wire whisk or fork to blend mixture and to make foam on the top. Pour into a 10-ounce coffee mug.
