Cheesy Egg Cups


Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 tablespoons bread crumbs
4 Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 dashes black pepper

Directions:

Grease four custard or muffin cups. Put 1/2 tablespoon bread crumbs on bottom of each cup, then top with cheese slice. Break one egg into each cup sprinkle eggs with shredded cheese salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 12 to 18 minutes. Serve immediately.
