Barbecued Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

8 chicken thighs
1 cup barbecue sauce

Directions:

Wash thighs, pat dry, and remove skin and excess fat, if desired. Arrange thighs, meaty side up, in single layer in oiled 8 1/2x11-inch baking dish. Spoon barbecue sauce evenly over chicken. (Quick Barbecue Sauce [recipe in this cookbook] may be substituted.) Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour, spooning sauce over chicken two or three times. Makes 8 servings.
