Apricot Ham Glaze

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups apricot preserves
1/3 cup apple juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon style mustard

Directions:

At least 10 minutes or up to 24 hours before using: In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together preserves, apple juice and mustard. Cook until heated through and blended, breaking up any large pieces of apricot. If making ahead, cool, cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Reheat before using.

To use: Stir, then spoon half of the glaze over a 5-pound ham halfway through baking. Warm remaining glaze and serve with ham.
