Gail's Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
6 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

Gail's Pumpkin Bars:
Mix together eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well; pour into a greased and floured 18"x12" jelly-roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool; frost and cut into bars.

Cream Cheese Frosting:
Beat together cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla; gradually stir in powdered sugar to a spreading consistency.
