Turkey Tortilla Casserole

Ingredients

3 cups chopped cooked turkeys
1 (4-ounce) can chopped mild green chili
3/4 cup chicken broth
2 (10 3/4-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup condensed
1 medium onion chopped
8 to 10 medium gordita style flour tortillas
2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine turkey, chiles, broth, soup, and onion. Cover bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan with half the tortillas. Spread half the turkey mixture over tortilla layer. Sprinkle half the cheese over top. Repeat layers. Bake 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through. Makes 6–8 servings.
