Garlic Cream Sauce


Serves: 5

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter
1 garlic clove, minced or pressed
1/4 cup flour
1 cup cream
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Melt butter in small sauce pan add garlic and sauté until soft.

Add flour and stir until smooth and golden brown.

Add cream and cook just until thickened, do not boil.

Add salt to taste.
