Easy Tasty Bass

Serves: 5

4 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 green onions, chopped fine
3 sprigs parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 large or 2 small sea bass
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice


In a skillet, melt the butter and add the garlic, onion, parsley, and tarragon. Simmer for 2 minutes. Season fish with salt and pepper and cook gently in the herb-butter mixture until fish flakes. Remove bass to a serving dish. Add lemon juice to the sauce in the skillet, heat 1 minute, then pour over the fish.
