Baja Bean Salad

Ingredients

1 (15-ounce) can black beans
1 (15-ounce) can , small beans, white
1 small cucumber chopped
1/2 cup
6 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup guacamole
1/2 teaspoon salt
lettuce shedded
corn chip
cheese

Directions:

Rinse and drain beans. Place in a large bowl, add cucumber, tomato and onion. Mix with shredded salad greens and toss.

In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, guacamole, salt and milk to thin. Pour dressing over lettuce, beans ,corn chips and cheese.
