Mom’s Applesauce Muffins

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup raisins

1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:

Combine all ingredients; stir until moistened. Fill lightly greased muffin cups 3/4 full; sprinkle with Crumb Topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Crumb Topping:
Blend all ingredients until crumbly.
