Vickie’s Chocolate Fondue


Serves: 5

Yield: 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

1 (24-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips chips
1 pint whipping cream
6 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 tablespoons orange extract
cake cubes, fruit for dipping

Directions:

Place chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler. Melt over simmering water; stir until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir to blend. Spoon into a fondue pot or mini slow cooker on low setting to keep warm. Serve with cake cubes and fruit for dipping.
