Fruit Infused Water

Skip the soda and stay healthy and hydrated with this refreshing fruit combination! It literally takes 5 minutes to put together.


Dovetailing Tip: Use the reserved berries from day 3 in todays infused water recipe.

Ingredients:

1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
2 kiwi, peeled and thinly sliced
8 mint sprigs

Directions:

Place 8 cups water in a pitcher or large bowl. Add raspberries, blueberries, kiwi and mint.

Refrigerate at least 3 hours, or up to 2 days. Stir well and strain.

Serve over ice, garnished with fresh raspberries, blueberries, kiwi and mint, if desired.
