Tasty Leprechauns For Your St. Paddy’s Day Table!

St. Patrick’s Day is almost here, and while it may not be the most exciting holiday- it certainly could be! Some people may not see the point in going all out for St. Patrick’s Day- but I say why not? ;) Life is too short to not have fun when you can! While we can definitely incorporate green into any St. Paddy’s dinner, you could take things a step further and celebrate with one of these adorable (and edible!) leprechauns! My kids would get such a kick out of these, and I’m sure your littles would too!

It’s not always easy to find non-sugary fun and festive foods, but this cheese ball is definitely a winner! You could easily just use your favorite cheese ball recipe and get creative with the veggies to make this fun snack! (This would make a great centerpiece, too!)

This is perfect for your pickier eaters! PB & J, shredded carrots, raisins, green apple slices and fruit leather- easy, adorable, and definitely something my kids would eat! And probably all things you already have on hand, which makes this cute meal even easier!

You may as well get every meal covered ;). Look at how darling this leprechaun pancake is! With this cute meal your kid will definitely get their serving of fruit in; and it doesn’t look too hard to put together, which always gets bonus points in my book!

Here is another adorable option, but gluten-free too! Just cover a rice cake with hummus and adorn with peppers, carrots, and olives. Cute AND healthy!

Let’s be honest- sometimes simple is better! This little leprechaun is just too cute! And so easy- just make two quesadillas using a regular tortilla and a spinach tortilla and put them together! Cheese tortillas are a staple at my house, so I’m definitely going to have to give these a shot.

Okay- if you’re going to make a leprechaun treat, you gotta do it right and make it super cute- and how hilarious are these Nutter Butter leprechauns? Candy eyes make everything more fun- but these cookies in particular just look goofy and scrumptious!

If you like cookies, but are not a fan of peanut butter, than these adorable little guys are a great alternative! Just use Milano cookies and orange sprinkles, and you still get a darling and delectable little leprechaun!

Aren’t these adorable?? I love the idea of using orange M&M’s instead of frosting- and the cute green gummy hats! With kids, I feel like the bigger variety of candy, the more impressed they are; these cupcakes would be a definite hit!

Another leprechaun cupcake idea- and I love it! My kids LOVE ice cream cones, and this is such a fun way to incorporate them! Just completely frost a cupcake and top it with a green ice cream cone. For the beard you could use yellow Starbursts as shown above, but you could also use yellow M&M’s, frosting, Reese’s Pieces, Sixlets- all sorts of fun options. So so cute!

I’d love to hear your creativity! How do you incorporate little leprechauns at your dinner table on St. Patrick’s Day? Share your ideas with us in the comments below!
