Thank You, thank you, thank you!! I finally got my PC and two laptops up and running with matching Cook'n 12 recipe files that all talk to the Cloud!! You are amazing!

I am sorry I need computer stuff spelled out for me in such detail, but I find most "user friendly" instructions to be completely useless to me.  I am not as intuitive as I should be, but I really love my Cook'n program and really wanted to continue to be able to use it even though I do update my PCs and laptops periodically (my kids make me!).  I really appreciate your taking the time to help me like you did. Your Support is amazing!
