Garlic Grilled Shrimp


Serves: 2

Be sure to not over cook the shrimp - overcooking makes them rubbery and tough. As soon as they turn pink, remove from heat source.

Ingredients:

2 pounds large shrimp, peeled, deveined
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup butter
3 lemons, juice of
sea salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Saute garlic in butter. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper & Worcestershire. Stir marinade.
Add shrimp. Marinate for 30 minutes. Put shrimp on skewers. Cook on grill until shrimp turn pink. Just a few minutes. Watch closely and do not over cook shrimp.
