Sour Cream Vegetable Salad

The revelation here is the salad dressing (including the dill). Substitute whatever vegetables you like. Sometimes I like to include 1/4 cup sliced radishes or to add sweet yellow pepper and carrots sliced paper thin.

Ingredients:
| 1 cup | diced cucumber |
| 1 cup | diced tomatoes or 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes |
| 1 cup | diced onion |
| 1 teaspoon | dried dill |
| 1 tablespoon | vinegar |
| 1 cup | sour cream |
| 1 tablespoon | sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
Directions:
Combine vegetables.
Toss with dill.
Mix remaining ingredients andtoss with vegetables.
