Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!!

A couple weeks ago I posted an article explaining how to use the scanning feature of Cook’n- I also asked for some feedback from you guys, and you totally delivered! I loved hearing what you like about the Cook’n program, and more importantly, I appreciated hearing what you guys would love to learn more about. I’ll be sure to have some articles in the next few weeks that focus on those specific questions and concerns!

I also really appreciate the birthday wishes ;). It was a fabulous day and I can’t wait to see what this year brings!

Well, the title of this article is Winner Winner Chicken Dinner, so how can I not include a chicken dinner recipe?? I thought I would share one of my favorites with all of you ;). We eat a lot of chicken here, because it’s generally cheaper than other meats, it’s versatile, and my picky eaters eat it, so, you know ;).

One of my favorite chicken dinners that my kids love is Cheesy Chicken Crescent Bake. It’s pretty simple, and it’s versatile, so it’s definitely a keeper!

Add Recipe to Cook'n

You’ll need the really large crescent rolls- right next to the regular sized crescent rolls ;). Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Lay out each crescent roll and fill it with the filling mixture, made of chicken, broccoli, and cheese. Roll them up and pinch them closed. Place them in the pan and pour your homemade cheese sauce over them. Bake and serve- they are delicious! And it’s a meal with a vegetable that my kids will eat- so definitely a win-win;). You could use whatever meat and veggies you have on hand (ham and peas, beef and carrots, etc), which is another reason I love this dish! What a great way to get through leftovers of something.

And now for the reason most of you probably clicked on this… our winner!! I used a random name generator and the results are in! Drumroll please- our winner is Lloyd Gilman! Email me at camille@dvo.com for the link to your free cookbook! Congrats Lloyd! And thank you to everyone who participated and gave your feedback! For those of you who may have missed the previous article, feel free to share your feedback here: What is your absolute favorite thing about Cook’n, and what is something you wish you knew more about? Feel free to share in the comments below:).
