Meal 1: Beef Stew



DoveTailing Tips

Leftover beef stew can be made into a delicious potpie. Heat the stew, then top with biscuits or a piecrust. Bake in a 425° oven for 20 minutes or until the top is brown.

Cook an additional 2-3 chicken breasts, in the same pan but without using the rub. Once cooled, cube to make about 2 cups. You will use these cubes in Meal 4, Chicken A La King.

Top vanilla ice cream with the Chocolate Ganache for this meal. For Meal 5, drizzle over the Double Dark Chocolate Cupcakes.

Use the leftover chicken from Meal 2 and the leftover peas from Meal 3 to make this an even easier meal. Chop the onion and celery in a food processor, using the pulse button, to your desired size.
