Apple Barbecue Chicken

Serves: 6

Sweet and spicy, this is a great go-to recipe for a quick chicken meal. This is a stovetop meal, but if you want to grill it you can use the sauce as a marinade. Add ingredients (except the drumsticks) to a saucepan. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cool. In a ziploc bag, add cooled sauce and chicken. Marinade for 15 minutes or longer. Grill.
