Day 1: When preparing bell peppers for Spanish Rice, cut up additional peppers and onions for Day 2, Oven Roasted Peppers & Onions; and for Day 5, Greek Pizza.

Mince 12 garlic cloves for the week. Store in a small glass jar with a tight fitting lid, and add a small amount of olive oil, then store in the fridge. Use up during the week. A clove is about a teaspoon.
