Ice Cream with Mandarin Oranges and Fortune Cookies
Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 quart vanilla ice cream1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange segment
1 package fortune cookie
Place a scoop of ice cream in each bowl. Spoon oranges over each serving. Put cookies on plate to pass to guests. Scoop ice cream in to bowl, spoon mandarin oranges over top and serve with fortune cookie or crush fortune cookies and sprinkle pieces over top.
