Hawaiian Haystacks

I believe the 1 1/2 cups of flour in the Hawaiian Haystacks is an error. Perhaps it should say 1 1/2 T. flour?

Thank you for for being a great customer and fan of DVO and our newsletter! I appreciate any feedback our readers can give us and I am always willing and eager to check in to it if it appears I have made a mistake - on occasions I do make them, even if I don't like to admit it!

I double checked the original source (www.food.com) to be sure I hadn't made a mistake in entering it. It does, in fact, call for 1 1/2 cups (not tablespoons) of flour. You are using it to make a roux which will then have a soup mixture added to it. This is also a recipe that serves quite a few (10) so the amounts may seem large, but I bet if you give it a try you will enjoy it!

Thanks,

Calli Rhoades
