Ingredients:

1 cup butter
1 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
7 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 teaspoons cream of tartar
3 teaspoons mexican vanilla extract

Mix and roll out 1/2-inch thick. Bake at 350°F for 7-10 minutes.
